Add gravy mixture to the juices in the pot, bring to a boil, and stir meat back into the gravy mixture. Add the water and herb bouquet. Add the potatoes and the carrots. Cut the beans into two-inch pieces and set aside.

Put the suet and the flour in a mixing bowl. Once ready, spread coals and add olive oil and turkey sausage to cast iron, seasoning with salt and pepper.
